The Rosevine is an impressive Georgian house set in lovely grounds with views over Porthcurnick Beach on the beautiful Roseland Peninsula of South Cornwall. Refurbished in a relaxed modern seaside style it offers a unique combination of luxury familienhotel and relaxed self catering apartments.

Owners Tim and Hazel welcome children at the Rosevine and they are well catered for with a large playroom (toys, games, Xbox etc), an indoor swimming pool, and a sandy beach a short walk away. Parents aren’t forgotten with an elegant sitting room with comfy sofas, a bar, lounge and an airy dining room with sea views across Gerrans Bay to Portscatho.

In the subtropical Cornish garden sun loungers, tables and chairs are scattered around the lawn; children have their own space with a trampoline, climbing frame with rope ladders  and table tennis.

Rooms are either suites or apartments which come with small kitchens and a dining space. Eight have balconies and the popular ground floor 2 bed apartments open out on to their own terrace and the gardens beyond. There is a self catering cottage for up to 8 people in the grounds offering the same luxury feel as the hotel.

The on-site restaurant offers a short, but enticing menu using mostly local Cornish produce. Make use of it as a hotel restaurant or takeaway service for relaxed meals in your apartment

Studios The studios have sea views and a small balcony. Open plan sleeping, sitting and dining area, with discreet mini kitchen. Each sleeps 2 adults, with room for a baby or a small child in a cot or z bed. An interconnecting door means that 2 studios can to be booked together for a larger family group.

Family Suites The family suites have an open plan bedroom, sitting/dining area with a mini kitchen and a separate children’s room. All have large French doors that open out onto a private decked terrace or balcony. Sleeps 2 adults and 2/3 children.

Family Apartments The family apartments have 2 bedrooms, a sitting / dining room with a mini kitchen sleeping 2 adults and 2 to 3 children. This includes a separate double bedroom for parents and a children’s bedroom. Most have large French doors that open out onto a private decked terrace or balcony.

The Lookout The Lookout now has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 adults and 4 children. With a private cottage garden and decked terrace. Open plan kitchen/living area with wood burning stove and french doors, play room, utility and boot room, and 3 bathrooms.
