The kitchen/dining-room is the perfect place to come together.

The pretty wildlife pond and views beyond - (take care with toddlers as the pond is unfenced).

The sitting-room window looks out to the stream.

There are some lovely traditional features throughout.

Bedroom 1 is a cosy double with original exposed beams.

A pretty stream runs down in front of the cottages (take care with toddlers).

The grounds are full of bright flowers in the summer months.

The Forge (single storey) is to the right of The Cob with the farmhouse behind - lived in by the owners.

The gravelled path and stream in front of the cottages - you cannot get a car along here. There is a designated car park beyond the cottages for several cars.

These storage barns are opposite the cottages. The door to the shared laundry-room is on the left of the larger building.

The cottages are surrounded by gorgeous countryside.

Bring your walking boots and discover the wild expanse of Dartmoor.

Shaldon is worth a visit and Teignmouth is just across the bridge.

The Forge is single-storey and has its own small patio-area to one side. Very warm and cosy inside, this is a pretty cottage (watch the step down to the bedrooms). The kitchen looks over the little patio and the sitting-room has a warming wood-burner. There is some exposed stonework and the original beamed ceilings. A cot and highchair are available on request.
