Kingham Cottage is a beautiful period detached stone cottage with lovely views and a sheltered patio.

The characterful sitting-room has a wood-burner effect gas stove for extra warmth.

Kingham Cottage is just two miles from the centre of the fabulous historic city of Bath.

The cottage is in a very pretty hamlet at the top of a lovely valley, just two miles from Bath. There is a pub within walking distance in Monkton Combe - just down the hill.

Stairs to the first floor lead up from the corner of the sitting-room.

The kitchen is well-equipped, a friendly home-from-home.

There is plenty of room for the dining-table.
