Equally jaw-dropping views out over the beach of Bantham.

Step into Sunnynook and prepare to be wowed. This entrance hall connects the house wonderfully.

Eating and drinking together at this fabulous dining table is a pleasure.

Whipping up a feast in this top of the range and fully equipped kitchen is a doddle.

Sit back and watch the tide come and go. Hours can be spent simply gazing out at this beautiful view.

Step out of the living area onto your decked patio and breathe in the sea air.

En suite to the master bedroom has a bath and a glorious walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2 offers extra sleeping flexibility as can be configured as a king-sized double, or 2 single beds. This lovely room opens out onto the rear of the house, enjoying views out to sea.

Access to Bedroom 3 and the poolside games-room/snug is up this subtle flight of stairs.

Located at the foot of the stairs is the family bathroom. Equipped with a large walk-in shower along with a bath, WC and wash-basin.

The spacious and family-friendly bathroom is perfect for washing away the daily build-up of sand and sun cream.

Bedroom 3 is rather special as it opens up alongside the pool. Roll out of bed and straight into your swimwear.

The poolside games-room/snug is a fabulous room to chill out in. Equipped with a soundbar and Xbox, this is the perfect entertainment for the younger members of the party. (Please note, the TV is for gaming use only).

From the bottom tier of the garden you get a great feel for how close you are to the beach. Only a mere 100+ steps down to your private access.

There are so many fabulous beaches to explore nearby, like this beach at Blackpool Sands.

The World War II Sherman tank at Slapton Sands is worth a visit.

Stunning Dartmoor is just a 30 minute drive away.
