4 Schlafzimmer dörfliche Ferienhaus mit Meerblick. Hundefreundlich. 2.7 Kilometern E von Helford, Südwest Cornwall.

Looking back at Marnylunn, it really is a wonderful property. Please take care with the steps in and out of the house.

The sitting-room is light and bright with plenty of comfortable seating.

The dining-room is accessed through the kitchen and up three steps which gives you a lovely elevated view over the pool and through the picture window (please watch your head on the low ceiling as you descend the stairs).

Please take care around the unfenced, heated swimming pool.

Set in the most wonderful location on the tranquil Cornish coast.

The main bedroom has the most incredible view over the creek and out to sea (bedroom 3).

Looking back at Marnylunn, you can see the main house with the annexe behind and the garden-room to the side.

Flushing Cove is only moments from the house.

The sitting-room has large, floor to ceiling windows that overlook the pool, garden and sea beyond.

Relax on the sun loungers with a chilled glass of wine, you are on holiday after all.

Sit back and relax on the squishy sofas in front of the cosy fire on a chilly day.

The Malawi cane chairs are a stunning and comfortable addition to the seating area.

The pretty kitchen has all you might need including a Nespresso machine.

A fabulous drinks station including a wine fridge is set between the dining-room and kitchen.

The kitchen leads through to the dining-room.

Open the bi-fold doors and look at that view! Perhaps enjoy a moment on the steps taking this lovely place in.

Steps lead straight out to the pool area from your bedroom (3).

The main bedroom has a luxurious super-king (or twin) bed an en suite bathroom.

The main en suite bathroom - soak away after a day on the beach.

This beautiful bedroom looks out over the pool, open the door, step down and then jump straight in the pool (bedroom 2). How cool?

Each bedroom has its own individual stamp.

The shower-room in the main house, this is for Bedroom 2.

This bedroom is tucked away and has 'zip and link' beds which can also be a super-king (bedroom 1).

This lovely shower-room is next to bedroom 1.

Al fresco cooking and dining around the barbecue and fire-pit, what a treat.

The garden-room is the perfect place to let your creative juices flow, perhaps paint the landscape or lie back on the day-bed and get into a good book.

Ahh bliss, your own little hideaway. Beach towels can be found in the basket in the hallway. If you don’t bring your own beach towels, please help yourselves but make sure the towels are washed, dried and replaced in the basket before you leave.

The large garden has fruit cages, a veg bed and lots of unusual mature plants.

Kayaks can be hired from Sailaway St Anthony nearby.

The annexe is on the first floor, set above the garage (that is not in use), where you will find a super-king 'zip and link bed' that can be made up as twins if preferred, sitting/dining-room and kitchenette.

There is plenty of space for two in the annexe, or a perfect den for the teenagers.

Enjoy breakfast with a view from the annexe too.

Sit back and relax in the annexe with a quiet breakfast at the start of the day.

The kitchenette in the annexe is perfect for breakfast or a light supper.

The bed can be a super-king or twin beds.

Marnylunn is accessed down steps at the front of the house, open the front door and see what awaits.

The handy utility-room has a washing machine and separate drier. The perfect room for all your beach clobber or walking clothes.

The outdoor pool is heated from 1st May - end of October. As you can see, the pool is unfenced so please take care.

Take a teddy bear's picnic down into the orchard amongst the wild flowers.

Bountiful harvest to enjoy at the Marnylunn.

Wander along to Gillian Cove which is ever so pretty.
