The terrace enjoys a plum location with easy access into the heart of Port Isaac, and also to the little cove at Port Gaverne.

The sitting/dining-room takes pride of place at the front of the house.

The colours perfectly complement the location.

The views from Seaward are simply stunning.

Snuggle up in front of the log-effect gas fire, all the romance of a wood-burner without the hassle.

Patio doors lead out to the garden and terrace.

The kitchen is so well equipped and the large range style cooker is perfect when catering for a crowd.

The greys and blues of the modern kitchen blend perfectly with the fabulous flagstone floor.

Grab a quick bite, or elevenses at the breakfast table.

The sheltered terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy dining al fresco style .

Steps lead up from the terrace to the lawn area.

A comfy king-size awaits you in bedroom one.

Lovely linens. plump cushions and a gorgeous throw adorn the bed.

Bedroom one has the luxury of an en suite Bathroom.

Enjoy a lazy soak in the bath, you also have a separate shower to set you up for the day.
