Welcome to Sunnyside the view awaits your arrival! Enjoy al fresco dining in this fabulous spot on the raised deck. This sofa has been moved to the lower patio and a new teak table and chairs are positioned here.

Bedroom 1 enjoys view out to the estuary!

Bedroom 2 has a fabulous view perfect at the start of the day!

The beautifully crafted kitchen has all the equipment you'll need.

A toasty log burner that has been installed!

Sunnyside is a fabulous place for a holiday. You simply need to walk past the lovely neighbours house and onto Sunnyside. We love the quirky character of Appledore.

Lovingly restored, Sunnyside is a delight.

Gorgeous furnishings complement this lovely abode. Please note the fire has now been replaced with a wood-burner.

Sunnyside is beautifully styled with an eye for detail, the sitting-room also floods with light being double aspect.

Create a holiday meal in the super kitchen/diner, with a door out on to the decking and of course that view!

At meal times you can choose to dine either at the gorgeous refectory table in the kitchen/diner or sit in the Devon sunshine on the terrace outside. The kitchen table can seat eight guests and there are two extra chairs in the cupboard.

Head up the stairs to the first floor landing where you will find the first three bedrooms and the family bathroom.

Comfy bedroom 1 has a 'zip and link' bed so you can choose either twin beds or a super-king double.

The bedrooms are beautifully furnished with comfort and relaxation in mind.

Bedroom 2 has a luxurious double bed, perfect for a great night's sleep yet positioned to take in the wonderful estuary view each morning.

The turning staircase leads to the second floor. Please note stairs are slightly steeper than the main stairs.

Gorgeous bedroom 4 is simply stunning, with a king-size double bed, en suite bathroom and gorgeous views towards the estuary.

Welcome to Sunnyside, a beautiful holiday home in the heart of Appledore.

This quiet suntrap invites you to dine from dawn until dusk. The gate leads to the front of the house and steps down to the lower garden and patio area.

The view from the terrace takes in Instow, just across the estuary.

Blissfully warm summer days were made for this!

Sunnyside has been rendered and painted!

The pretty garden has several secluded spots, the L shape sofa will be moved to this position to make the most of the last of the evening sun with views down to the estuary.

Find a quiet corner to catch up on some holiday reading.

Wander down the cobbled street to the seafront, just a hop, skip and a jump away. This path will lead you down to your own private parking space (turn right at the house on the end with the pink door and through iron gates).

Sunnyside is a traditional semi-detached cottage and typical for the era, access is along the neighbours footpath.

The seafront is a short stroll away with views across to Instow.

Appledore is a quaint seaside village with a seasonal passenger ferry across the estuary to Instow.

Clovelly is a picturesque village with steep cobbled streets and a lovely harbour and definitely worth a visit.

Visit Bideford and catch the passenger ferry for a day to remember on Lundy Island.

Walkers will love the miles of scenic paths along the north coast.

Another stunning beach on the north coast, this is Woolacombe.

North Devon Wake Park is great for thrill seekers.
