Nestled amongst the pines, welcome to stunning Nancemellan.

The glorious living-room sits to one end of the open plan space at the back of the house.

The grand dining-table also has a window seat making this the perfect spot to enjoy a family feast.

Bedroom 2 offers the perfect family room with a king-size double bed, a single day bed and of course the view!

Al fresco dining with far reaching views to the sea.

Nancemellan is close to the stunning coast.

The gardens will be enjoyed by all the family.

The central hall that links the ground floor together.

A room for one and all to come together!

The living-room boasts a Smart TV with surround sound and for those music lovers there is a Sonos speaker.

Surrounded by nature and views and the beach a stone's throw away!

At the end of the open plan living/dining space the fully equipped kitchen can be found with views out to the coast across the garden.

A kitchen that floods with light and is fully-equipped. The fridge/freezer is found in the utility-room.

The view from the kitchen is rather special.

The sitting-room with views across the valley and beyond.

The sitting-room also has a Smart TV and surround sound.

The roaring fire for those chiller days.

Head up the stairs to the first floor where you will find four of the seven bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 floods with light thanks to the dual aspect windows. This room also benefits from an en suite shower-room

Bedroom 3 sits to the front of the house with views of the drive and grounds that wrap around the house.

Bedroom 3 features a 'zip and link' bed.

Sitting just off the landing you will find this wet-room.

Head up to the second floor and enjoy yet more views from bedroom 5!

A room that is dual aspect and floods with light.

Bedroom 6 offers 3ft bunk beds and views out across the valley.

This bathroom sits next to bedroom 5 and although a little compact the view certainly makes up for this (please take care with the sloping ceiling).

Tucked away you will find bedroom 7. It has the cutest of views across lovely countryside and skies that run for miles.

This lovely bathroom sits at the end of the corridor opposite bedroom 7.

Open the front door and make yourself at home.

The gardens are extensive. They are not all accessible but can be explored (please take care and supervise children at all times as there are some drops and slopes).

Views across the garden out to the coast (please note, the building on the right is secured and used for storage purposes only during the 2023 season however it is anticipated that it will be in use as a dwelling in 2024).

To get to the back door walk through the gate and around the back of the house.

Enjoy a holiday read in the suntrap garden.

Head up to the top of the garden and hide with a book!
