Bedroom 3 is home to this fabulous king-size bed and again treats you to wonderful elevated countryside views.

The open plan space creates such a wonderful holiday environment.

Oodles of space to enjoy that special feast together.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it a pleasure to cook any meal in.

Even washing up (should you choose not to use the dishwasher) is a pleasure with these views.

No better way than to start the day with a tasty cup of coffee.

A great communal space to eat, talk and play.

Views from the kitchen area are equally as stunning.

Step out of the living-area into your fully enclosed garden area.

Bedroom 1 is home to a glorious king-size bed.

Super comfy King-size bed awaits you in Bedroom 1.

Ensuite to Bedroom 1 is nearly tucked around the corner.

Even the views out over the courtyard are picturesque.

Bedroom 2 is simply gorgeous and offers oodles of space.

Bedroom 2 can be configured as a super-king double or two single beds.

Bedroom two can be set-up as a twin room on request.

The sliding doors link you nicely to your en suite in bedroom 2.

Bedroom 3 on the first floor is stunning.

Peeking out on the landing from Bedroom 3. Please take care on the step when entering and exiting the bedroom.

Peek through this quirky balcony into the hallway.

The sweeping staircase takes you to this light and airy landing, which also has superb views.

Bedroom 4 is tucked away in the living area. Please take care when climbing the ladder. Please also be aware of the sloping ceiling in the mezzanine area. This area should only be accessed by children 12 years and above, and supervised.

Step into the entrance hall and prepare to be wowed.

For larger parties, booking Trafalgar Barton (sleeping 12) pictured to the right, and The Dolls House (sleeping 2) makes for a super special getaway on a very grand scale.

You can access a public tennis court just below The Coach House.

The award-winning Masons Arms is one of two pubs in the long village of Branscombe.

Lyme Regis has some great restaurants, cafes, and independent shops as well as a safe, sandy beach with SUP and kayak hire in the summer.

Nearby Beer is charming and still an active fishing village.
